Once Island-Safari.com have confirmed to you that your required dates for accommodation and transfers are available,we will make a provisional reservation on your behalf, and issue you with an invoice. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total of the Tour cost is required to confirm the provisional reservation. We will 'hold' your required dates for a period of seven days to enable the deposit to be made, after that your reservation will have 'unconfirmed' status, and may result in you losing your preferred dates. If you are travelling in six weeks or less, the whole Tour price is payable immediately to confirm the provisional reservations

The Balance payment is payable 42 days prior to the date of tour departure. Failure to comply with the deposit and balance payment requirements may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Payment can be made by bank transfer. Visa, Amex and Mastercard are accepted but incur a 6.5% bank service charge.

You may also make your reservation through a Travel Agent, local to you. In this case, you will not be entitled to the discount offered to direct internet bookings, since your preferred Travel Agent will receive commission.

Any last minute bookings made within 20 days prior to the tour departure: Euro25 per person will be added to cover the cost of sending your air tickets by courier if required.

A Euro30 per change will be applied to any change made after the booking has been confirmed.

You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation. Our Cancellation and Refund policy:

Cancellation of a confirmed tour will result in the following Cancellation charges:

4 - 6 weeks prior to departure: 40% of Tour Cost

2 - 4 weeks prior to departure: 60% of Tour Cost

0 - 2 weeks prior to departure: 100% of Tour Cost

No refund will be made for any portion of the tour unused because of a cancellation or change made by participants themselves while the tour is in progress.

Responsibility: All tours organised by Island-Safari.com involve local incoming Ground Handlers, who reserve the right to change and readjust the tour schedule, transportation, hotel accommodation and services indicated in the brochure in the event of unforeseen circumstance.

Safari Lodges and Safari Hotels used by Island-Safari.com will require you to sign an indemnity form before going on excursions.

Tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice, although Island-Safari.com will do everything in its power to prevent such changes, or to give you ample prior notice.

Travel insurance can be arrange through our company, but it is advisable to chose an insurer in the Country where you reside.

We reserve the right to adjust the tour prices at any time should there be any fluctuation in the exchange rate or increases in the cost of any portion of the tour - for example air fare fuel surcharges.

Residents of Great Britain should note that Island-Safari.com is a South African based Tour Operator. Any Regional African scheduled airline tickets that are included in our Tours are issued directly by the Airline concerned, and island-Safari.com act only as a 'ticket provider'. Island-safari.com does not include or organise any International flight tickets from or to the United Kingdom.

Island-Safari.com acts in the capacity of tour operator only for clients in making all tour arrangements. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued by Island-Safari.com are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers. Island-Safari.com shall be exempt from any liability for loss, damage to property, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond its control. Should there be any change of arrival/departure time and the entry/exit transportation used by the tour, Island-Safari.com shall not held responsibility for the loss caused thereof.
